Introduction
The Research Management System (RMS) is an integrated web-based application developed by Tulus Keringat Enterprise to streamline and automate the entire research data collection and management process. Built using Google Apps Script and connected to Google Sheets and Drive, the system enables researchers to design, distribute, monitor, and analyze research questionnaires efficiently in a secure and centralised environment.
RMS provides two main user interfaces:
Admin Panel – for researchers or administrators to manage forms, monitor responses, track progress, and handle honorarium or token distributions.
Public Form – for participants to conveniently complete and submit responses online, with built-in consent and draft-saving features.
Access to the admin panel is protected through secure TAC (Temporary Access Code) login authentication (login.html), ensuring that only authorized researchers can view or modify research data.
With modules such as Form Builder, Dashboard Builder, Responses Viewer, Draft Viewer, Sample Frame, and Token of Appreciation, RMS supports every stage of the research lifecycle — from instrument design and participant invitation to response tracking and incentive management.
With this application you can confidently manage your research forms, monitor participation, and generate valuable insights without needing complex technical knowledge.

Answer : All data will be stored in the respective google sheet in your google drive. I'm Your Tech Mate or Tulus Keringat Enterprise will not store any of your data.

Answer : You can simply fetch your web app URL by going to the respective spreadsheet > Extension > Apps Script > Deploy > Manage Deployment > copy the web app URL

Answer : For each form or questionnaire, maximum number of questions are 250. If more than that, there is a possibility for the browser not able to load it.

Answer : No. There is direct connection between the email and phone number with the respondents responses.

Answer : No. You are not advised to do so if you don't have expertise in Javascript. Otherwise the web app may not be function if the codes are not correct.

Answer : Yes. you can sent multiple email at one time. However to avoid sever become congested, it is advisable for you to sent 15-20 emails at one time. For the Whatsapp, each phone number will open separate window. You need to click sent manually at each of the Whatsapp window.

Answer : Yes . The web app is based on Google Apps Script infrastructure. Hence, it will follow the Quota or limit set by the Google Apps Script. For further info, you can visit Google Apps Scripts Quota.

Answer : Yes. There will be free technical support for 90 days starting from the first day of your purchase. Beyond 90 days, each troubleshoot will be charge according to the complexity of the problem.
